Embroidery - Services
Embroidery was the first service House of Brands offered when we were established in 1990. We believe “not all embroidery was created equal”, and the items walking around the globe with embroidery on them will prove it! House of Brands takes embroidery seriously and we take all steps necessary to produce the highest quality embroidery on the planet!
House of Brands does all embroidery at our facility in South Dakota. Our state of the art Tajima embroidery machines are the best commercial embroidery machines made! Our veteran embroidery team members have the experience necessary to produce the embroidery you expect!
We will prepare your logo for embroidery with a simple .jpeg file. The process to take a logo from graphic to embroidery ready is called “digitizing”. Our digitizers are meticulous at their approach and we do test sewouts on all new logos prior to proceeding to your actual products.
We have an extensive inventory of thread color selections so you can be assured that we will find the thread colors to match your logo guidelines as closely as possible. With embroidery, there isn’t exact PMS color matching, but our dedicated and experienced team always works diligently to meet and exceed our client’s expectations!
House of Brands also embroiders all types of patches on various products and offers 3D “puff” foam embroidery on select items.

Screen Printing
House of Brands has been excelling at screen printing for decades! Screen printing is by far the most popular decoration method for t-shirts and sweatshirts and you can’t go wrong with this decoration method. We operate the industry leading MHM presses, which provide the highest quality printed apparel in the industry! Further, the imprints we produce will outlast the life of the garment due to the durable and vibrant ink that is always applied correctly and with the utmost attention to detail.
At House of Brands we also realize that coming up with a unique, eye-catching screen print design can be overwhelming. With a little direction from you, our graphic design artists will create a design that you are guaranteed to love! All of our screen printed designs are 100% custom. We do NOT use generic template designs as we do not want our clients to see the same design walking down the street in the future.

Print on Demand Heat Application
While not as well known to the public as embroidery and screen printing, heat applied decoration (also known as print on demand) has become a staple in the world of apparel decoration. Heat applied decoration is an extremely versatile decoration method that can be utilized on all types of fabric and material, including hats!
Sometimes it is the garment that dictates what type of decoration method we use. Heat application serves as an excellent choice if a garment has seams or inside liners. Heat application also works great for delicate fabrics and materials that are not able to be embroidered.
If your project requires the use of patches, heat application is typically the go-to method. Patches come in a variety of materials including leather, embroidered, rubber, 3D emblems, and more, all of which work great with heat applied decoration.
There are many different styles of transfer sheets that can be applied to a wide range of garments and items. These include: Reflective Imprints, which as the name suggests, reflects at night; Lo Melt imprints, which are great for performance-type materials; industrial-quality imprints, which are designed to last through the toughest jobs, and many more!
